The stage is set for the hosting of the semi finals of the 2023 independence calypso competition carded for the La Sagesse Playing field tomorrow.
Six females are among a group of 21 chosen for the semi- final round.
Organizers of the event say they’re happy with the number of entries that were received for this year’s competition.
The twenty-one Calypsonians were chosen from a pool of forty-four entries, among them are 6 females.
Coordinator of the Independence calypso competition, Adrian Mark is expecting impressive performances.
