Service providers for Spicemas 2022 are to meet with Officials from the Spicemas Corporation, who will educate them on the procurement process for providing services for the season.
The meeting is scheduled for next Tuesday 29th March at the Players Level 1 Conference Room Grenada National Stadium at 3 in the afternoon.
A representative of the Procurement Unit in the Ministry of Finance is expected to explain and guide service providers through the process of submitting proposals.
SMC is inviting suppliers of all services to attend the meeting including providers of: Light stage and sound, portable toilets, tents, janitorial services, audio visual services, photography and videography, security services, fencing and barricades, production of carnival shows and bar services.
