The man charged in connection with the first homicide in Grenada for 2021 will appear in Court tomorrow.
Carlvin Frank, a 33-year-old Driver of Springs, St. George, was arrested and charged today by officers attached to the Criminal Investigation Department.
Frank was charged for Non-Capital Murder and Housebreaking, after he unlawfully broke into the dwelling house of the victim, Lindy Skinner-Morain, a Food Vendor of Jean Anglais, St. George, to commit a Felony, according to a Police release, “Non-Capital Murder”.
He was also charged for “Attempted Non-Capital Murder”, by attempting to cause the death of a sixteen-year-old person.
Skinner-Morain is said to have received several stab wounds to her body. Carlvin Frank will appear at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
