A Palmiste, St. John resident has been arrested and charged with manslaughter in the death of a 73 year old of the same address.
Dezron Thomas, 38 years old, Fisherman, appeared at the Gouyave Magistrate’s Court on Monday 22nd October, 2018 charged with manslaughter by unlawful harm.
Thomas is accused of causing the death of Ralph Bernard Cronneit who was discovered at his Palmiste residence with injuries to his head on June 29th 2018.
Cronneit succumbed to his injuries on October 12th 2018 at the General Hospital.
Thomas has been granted bail in the sum of 50-thousand dollars with two sureties and is to report to the Gouyave Police Station every Monday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
He will return to Court on November 12th 2018.
