Shon Mark, 34 years old, Construction Worker of Rose Hill, St. Patrick, was arrested and charged by members of the Praedial Larceny Task Force, with four (4) counts of stealing of livestock. The charges were laid against Mr. Mark following investigations into complaints made by four (4) farmers, alleging that a total of eighteen (18) goats were stolen between the period of March 6thand 14th, 2023.
During the investigations police recovered nine (9) goats from River Antoine, St. Patrick. Those animals were returned to their respective owners.
Mr. Mark was granted bail in the sum of seven thousand dollars with one surety. He is scheduled to appear at the Sauteurs Magistrate’s Court on Friday 26th May, 2023.
