Students of the T. A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) on the weekend were defeated by their Vincentian counterparts in the fourth Windward Islands Debating Competition held in Dominica.
The Final Topic debated was โThe lack of youth involvement in local Politics is a direct result of political culture of the regionโ.
At the end of the debate Grenada was able to mass a total of 381.5 points while St. Vincent and the Grenadines totaled 399.5 points.
Ti’ara Joseph from the T. A. Marryshow Community College TAMCC captured the best speaker title for the competition and also the overall speaker title for the entire competition.
