Foreign Affairs Minister, Peter David also engaging participants in the Diaspora says some twelve students in China are expected home within the coming days.
Minister David says although there have been some challenges as it relates to the students return, this has since been sorted.
David says it was the government’s decision not to allow the students to fly during the initial outbreak of the virus to protect their wellbeing.
Highlighting the challenges faced he says the students who have completed their studies are due back on island to give service to the country and reunite with families as soon as next week.
