A Tempe, St. George resident has been arrested and charged by officers of the Traffic Department of the RGPF,
following a fatal vehicular accident that occurred on the at Motley Hill, St. George, last Friday.
Kenrick Thompson was charged for the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, which resulted in 41-year-old Ayanna Beswick, of Motley Hill, St. George, losing her life.
Thompson was granted bail in the amount of fifty thousand dollars with one surety and as part of his bail conditions, he is to surrender all his travel documents.
Thompson is not allowed to leave the country without permission from the state and must report to the Central Police Station every Monday and Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
He is scheduled to reappear in court on June 11, 2021.
