The GHTA Extends Heartfelt Gratitude To GTA CEO, Petra Roach

The Grenada Hotel and Tourism Association (GHTA)  extends heartfelt gratitude to Petra Roach, CEO of the Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA), following  her recent announcement regarding her decision not to renew her contract in June. Under her  exemplary leadership, Grenada’s tourism industry has flourished, and her contributions have  significantly elevated the island’s status on the global tourism stage.

Throughout her tenure, Petra has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to showcasing  Grenada as a premier tourist destination. Her innovative strategies and relentless dedication have  not only heightened Grenada’s visibility but have also fostered a vibrant tourism ecosystem that  benefits all stakeholders. The GHTA is particularly thankful for the collaborative spirit Petra has  embodied, allowing us to partner on several pivotal initiatives, including the Caribbean Hotel and  Tourism Association (CHTA) Marketplace, various regional roadshows and local initiatives. These  partnerships have strengthened our collective efforts to promote Grenada and enhance the  overall tourism product.
