ACB Grenada Bank now has union representation.
This as the bank yesterday voted to have the Grenada Technical and Allied Workers’ Union TAWU to become the Bargaining Agent for the Management Staff employed at ACB Grenada Bank.
One hundred percent (100%) of the Managers who casted their ballot voted in favour of the Union.
Representing the Ministry of Labour was Mrs. Sparkle Grenade-Courtney, Acting Labour Commissioner and Mr. Clint Gilbert, Labour Officer, representing the Bank was Mrs. Desiree Mitchell-Prime, Human Resource Manager while Mr. Trevor Xavier and Chief Grievance Officer represented the Union.
GTAWU is expected to elect a Shop Steward shortly.
