The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports and Culture welcomed Permanent Secretary with responsibility for Education, Finley Jeffrey, to the ministry this afternoon, during a short welcome ceremony.
Minister for Education, Youth, Sports and Culture Sen. the Hon. David Andrew welcomed Jeffrey back to the ministry, where Jeffrey previously has served as permanent secretary. Jeffrey was most recently the permanent secretary with responsibility for ICT.
Minister Andrew said he looks forward to working with him and receiving his candid feedback.
The staff also took the opportunity to welcome the new permanent secretary, pledging their support to him and the new minister, for the further development of the education system.
