The ministry of education this morning launched its TVET expansion programme for Primary Schools.
Keeping in line with its plans to bridge the gap between the world of work and what the current school system offers, an action plan for the Expansion of the TVET Programme was launched.
TVET refers to the Technical and Vocational Education and Training an extension of the Ministry of Education, designed to meet the needs of the society and the economy.
Education minister David Andrew speaking at the launch this morning says his ministry is working on bridging the gap for the students.
Sen. David says he believe this approach is a solution to the unemployment problem in Grenada.
