Kimo Coutain, 29 years, Maintenance Man of Grand Anse, St. George, was charged with Non-Capital Murder for intentionally causing the death of Troy Daniel of St. Paul’s, St. George by unlawful harm.
Mr Coutain appeared at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court yesterday and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prisons.
In an unrelated matter, Shaka Aaron Croney, 26 years, Unemployed of Telescope, St. Andrew was arrested and charged with Non-Capital Murder, for causing the death of Kendon Berkley of same address on July 14th, 2023.
Mr Croney appeared at the Grenville Magistrate’s Court yesterday and was remanded to His Majesty’s Prisons.
Both men are scheduled to return to their respective Magistrate’s Courts on October 4th, 2023.
