Police are seeking assistance of the general public in locating Kelldon Jeffrey alias, “Bull”, Unemployed of Mt Horne, St. Andrew.
Mr. Jeffrey is wanted by the Criminal Investigation Department for questioning in connection with the offence of maiming. He is slim built, dark in complexion, with brown eyes and black hair.
