Generous Grenadians are up and about soliciting relief supplies to ship to the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines who are caught in the disaster dilemma, due to the La Soufreire volcanic eruption, which we understand has been a continuous affair since last Friday.
Here at Wee FM Radio, together with Mikey Live Helping Hands Foundation, mobilization efforts were underway since Monday to ship a container of drinking water to the neighbouring territory.
It’s a work in progress currently and a race against time to have the shipment on its way by tomorrow to St. Vincent.
