The Women in Medicine (WIM) Organization at St. George’s University will host a free community Breast Clinic on Saturday, October 24, 2026, aimed at promoting breast health awareness and encouraging early detection and prevention.
The community health initiative will take place at the St. Patrick’s Anglican School in St. Patrick from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is open to everyone at no cost.
According to the organizers, the clinic is designed to increase access to basic health education and screening services while helping members of the public better understand the importance of breast health and early detection of breast cancer and other breast-related concerns.
Attendees will have access to breast health education, breast examinations and blood pressure checks, as well as information on appropriate screening and referral services.
The Women in Medicine Organization says its goal is to make these important health resources accessible to as many members of the community as possible.
Members of the public are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity, particularly those who may have concerns about their breast health or would like to learn more about preventative care and screening.
