Youth senators finds their Commonwealth Day Observance debating session in Parliament yesterday very rewarding.

The Grenada Bus system was the essence of scrutiny whereas thereโ€™s no official time system currently under the National Bus Association.

The debaters argued the resolution for and against, โ€œBe it resolved that a robust National Bus Shift system that caters to day and night, on week-days and weekends, including public holidays should be created and implemented by the Grenada Bus Association and stakeholders responsible for the management for the Bus Terminusโ€.

According to reports, students island-wide as well as the youth parliamentarian applauded the exercise.

Among persons listening the debate was the newly-appointed resident British Commissioner to Grenada, Victor Clarke, who noted that particular focus this year is being placed on opportunities for young people.
