Under the new covid regulations residential care establishments including elderly nursing homes have the requirement for the vaccination of all individuals working and living there to present their vaccination status to be able to offer the service.
The requirement also applies to Day care centers.
Also, individuals dropping off and/or picking up infants must also present their vaccination status to be able to attend or access day care centers.
The question was asked at the Government’s Post Cabinet Briefing yesterday as to how will this be monitored so as to be assured of compliance and this is what Attorney General, Dia Forrester had to say.
