Reports from the Ministry of Health on Wednesday indicates that the daily new positive cases continue to decline.
The latest report shows that 47 new positive cases were recorded yesterday, making active cases in Grenada 650 and the cumulative confirmed cases to 5,531.
There have been 92 new recoveries, with the cumulative recoveries 4,714.
There have been 2 deaths over the reporting period, bringing the number of COVID deaths overall to 167.
44 persons are currently being hospitalized.
Yesterday, 408 individuals received their second dose of vaccines, bringing that total number to 26,003.
An additional 179 received the first dose.
