Director Of Medical Services Reports That The Nation’s Health Care Service Is Doing All That Is Necessary Responding To Challenges Posed By Covid-19

In fighting the pandemic, Dr. Tyiesha Donald, the Director of Medical Services, described the challenge as a tremendous one, and over the past few weeks health care professionals have been contending, with efforts in an attempt to control a spike in the community spread of the virus.

She noted seeing the number of positive cases on the decline and there are challenges in the area of vaccinations, which is recognized as the panacea in returning the country to some degree of normalcy.

But, according to her the fight continues unabated.
