Fisheries Minister, Yolande Bain Horsford, underscores the need for a proper date collection mechanism, so as to make informed decisions surrounding fisheries development.
Speaking during her contribution to the 2022 Budget debate, Bain Horsford noted that measures are being put in place to improve this criterion next year.
The Fisheries Minister says it’s an area of grave concern.
