The RGPF gives the nation an update on the seven decomposed bodies that were discovered recently in a boat which was drifting in waters surrounding the Sister Isles of Carriacou and Petite Martinique.

This update is contained in an end-of-year report presented to reporters and the Nation at large.

Police Commissioner, Edvin Martin, says the vessel and the remains, all males, including two teenagers, have been secured and is the subject of an ongoing investigation.

He suspects it to be a case of human trafficking that requires international collaboration.

Commissioner Martin asks for the Nation’s understanding, in the meantime, as the RGPF seeks out the details surrounding the incident, with the help of Interpol.
