365 more persons have been identified as being COVID positive.
That’s according to the latest Ministry of Health COVID update covering January 12, 2022.
This is on accounted of some 1,465 tests which were conducted yesterday, setting the test positivity rate at 24.9%.
The cumulative confirmed cases now rise to 8,966, off which there have been 5,957 recoveries.
The latest reports shows there have been 108 new recoveries.
There have been no deaths, but hospitalizations have gone up by 2, making the figure 8.
70 more persons have received the second dose of vaccine, bringing the number overall to 36,288.
The partially vaccinated population is listed as 5,714.
The Ministry of Health has so far administered 3,951 booster doses, accounting for an additional 129 doses over the report period yesterday.
