The latest covid report by the Ministry of Health shows 76 positive cases were identified yesterday, out of the 560 tests that were conducted, with a test positivity rate of 13.6%.
Currently, the Ministry of Health report states there are 851 active cases.
It means that the total confirmed cases of the virus move to 12,774 in Grenada, off which there have been 11,712 recoveries.
Over the report period, there have been 363 new recoveries.
There are no new deaths, however, 5 persons are in hospital on account of COVID-19…the 5 are moderately ill.
Yesterday, 43 more persons received the second dose of vaccine, bring the total number now to 37,002.
The partially vaccinated population, meaning persons on the one dose regimen, stands at 5,601.
The number of persons receiving booster doses has moved from 5,087 to 5,103.
