The coronavirus takes another life!
That’s according to the latest COVID report published by the Ministry of Health.
The death comes over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of persons who have succumbed to the virus to 214.
4 persons are being hospitalized, off which 2 are moderately ill, 1 severely ill and the other in a critical condition.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Health indicated that it conducted 608 tests, off which 107 persons were confirmed to be positive…a test positivity rate of 17.6%.
Over the reporting period, it recorded that some 28 individuals have recovered from the virus infection.
Looking at the vaccination programme, 33% of the population…37,269 individuals have been fully inoculated.
The partially vaccinated population stands at 5,539.
To date, 5,238 booster doses have been administered.
