Four secondary schools will vie for the Grenada Food and Nutrition Council (GFNC) 2022 National Quiz champion title today.
The competition is the brain-child of the GFNC, aimed at testing students’ knowledge.
Communications Officer at the GFNC Lishelle Murray says tomorrow’s final is expected to be keen.
Murray also indicated that the competition is part of efforts to educate people on healthy eating practices and the role of proper nutrition in warding off chronic non-communicable diseases.
The competition is also an opportunity for students to test their knowledge as part of preparation for CXC and CPEA exams.
