One-Time Solicitor General here, Dwight Hosford, now Attorney General in Anguilla, noted the fact that having the special Law Year sitting in his jurisdiction as being historic, especially in the case where other jurisdictions were outfitted with the ability to join virtually.
He spoke of the justice system and its adjustments with the onslaught of COVID-19 and now with the ease of restrictions, the sub-regional society looking at the court for answers, with certain factors of life, including individual freedoms in the changing modern times.
