Minister of Tourism, Adrian Thomas, sends congratulations to Grenada’s Chelsea flower show team in London, winning a Gold award in this year’s display.

It’s the 17th time Grenada has captured Gold at the Flower Show.
Minister Thomas congratulated Team Grenada for its outstanding achievement, not only securing Grenada’s 17th gold medal, but also capturing the coveted President’s Award, which is given to outstanding exhibitors.
The minister praised the team leaders, suppliers, and designers who made it possible.
He said it’s a remarkable accomplishment, testament to the team’s dedication, creativity, and exceptional horticultural skills.
Grenada’s display captivated the judges and attendees alike with its vibrant and innovative design, showcasing the island’s flora and natural attractions under the theme “The Golden Falls of Grenada”, in celebration of Grenada’s 50th year of Independence.
The tourism Minister further noted that Grenada’s participation and achievements in international events such as the Flower Show showcases the island’s natural beauty and the talent of its people.
According to him, it further boosts Grenada’s reputation and image on the global stage, increasing awareness and visitor arrivals.
