As part of the Station’s community outreach initiative, the officers attached to the Grand Roy Police Station, on Friday 24th May, 2019, hosted a soup kitchen.
On that day, they prepared and distributed soup to the elderly persons in the communities of Mt. Plaisir, Marigot, Old Road, Black Bay, Concord and Brooklyn in the parish of St. John.
This initiative was executed with the assistance of members from the surrounding communities and is the third such activity for the year, 2019.
The recipients expressed their gratitude to the officers.
