The man representing The Labour Movement in the Senate, Andre Lewis, makes a claim that in this new age COVID working environment, training remains a prerequisite for greater productivity, as well as proper supervision.
Lewis was today making his contribution in the Senate on the 2021 Budget,
Lewis lamented on the Sandals COVID situation and the perils of the workforce that now has to battle with circumstances surrounding the spread of the virus.
Lewis believes in these Covidious times and based on the circumstances which befall such enterprises, provision must be made for the workers.
