The Grenada Cultural Foundation (GCF) will tomorrow engage a number of cultural practitioners in a one-day workshop in financial Management.
The event scheduled for the National Stadium is also expected to include stakeholders in the fraternity and other community organizations.
It’s the second workshop hosted by the GCF which is part of the organization’s thrust to ensure Parish cultural organizations and other interest groups are better equipped to manage their finances.
According to the GCF CEO, Shirma Wells, who deems the initiative timely, says it’s a matter of refocusing and preparing for the future.
The foundation views training as an integral part of the development of the organizations and is hopeful that the participants will be able to improve on their financial record- keeping going forward.
