Still on the Covid subject, Infrastructure Minister, Senator Norlan Cox, makes a passionate plea for media houses to be responsible when broadcasting information to the public as it relates to COVID-19.
Cox, speaking at the Government’s post Cabinet Briefing today, says too often broadcasters use their opinion to raise concerns about the COVID-19 virus and the vaccine, and that can be detrimental to the listening public.
He called on all involved to be more responsible with their reporting.
Senator Cox says the Ministry of Health, and, by extension the government, have been doing their best to keep the nation safe.
