A 23-year-old St. John resident appeared in court today charged with attempted capital murder and possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The charges were made against Jonathan Richards of River Lane, Gouyave, in connection with a shooting incident on 21st April, in the same district.
He appeared at the St. Georgeโs Magistrateโs Court today and was remanded to Her Majestyโs Prison.
Richards is due to reappear at the Gouyave Magistrateโs Court on the 1stย of next month.
