PR – The Grenada Airports Authority (GAA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dellison Charles as its new General Manager, effective July 13.
Mr. Charles brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience across the aviation, logistics, and service industries throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Recognized for his strategic leadership and results-driven approach, he has built a distinguished career delivering operational excellence, cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, and leading transformational organizational initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Charles has held senior leadership positions with FedEx Express, Copa Airlines, and the eZone Group, where he successfully led multidisciplinary teams and implemented initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, elevated customer experience, strengthened employee engagement and delivered sustained business performance.
As General Manager, Mr. Charles will provide strategic leadership for the airport’s operations, business objectives, and long-term growth initiatives. His extensive experience in airport operations, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and operational excellence positions him well to lead the organization’s continued evolution and service to the region.

The GAA extends its appreciation to Mr. Kurt Williams, who has served as Acting General Manager during the transition period. His leadership and dedication helped ensure continuity of operations and ongoing progress on key organizational initiatives.
