𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗮 𝟰𝟬-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿, 𝗦𝘁. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄, was sentenced at the Grenville Magistrate Court following an accident on May 19, 2024. He was convicted on the following traffic offences:
• 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴- 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝘅 (𝟲) 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
• 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹- 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲
• 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲- 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 $𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟰 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀, 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝟰 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
