Marrio Matthew, 32 years old, Farmer of Harford Village, St. Andrew, was arrested and charged with the offence of Dangerous Driving following investigations into a vehicular accident involving a garbage truck which occurred along the La Sagesse Public Road, St. David on December 9th, 2022.
Mr Matthew was granted bail in the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00ecc) with two sureties and one bail condition to surrender all travel documents.
He is scheduled to appear at the St. David Magistrate’s Court on February 1st 2023.
