Independence activities on the Sister Isle of Carriacou will continue this weekend with two main activities.
An awards ceremony will take place tomorrow where 12 individuals will be awarded for their contributions to the sister isles.
The activity will be held under the theme “The Journey to 50, Reflecting on the Past, Planning for the Future.”
The National Celebrations Committee representative, Deanna Issac, speaks of this weekend’s activities.
